If you don't see the courses you are expecting when logging into the Bridgeway Learning Center, try these troubleshooting tips.


  • Are you signed in using the correct Microsoft account? If you received more than one email with a Bridgeway Microsoft login, you may be signed into the incorrect account. Bridgeway will send you a new email if your account was changed or merged - so be sure and review your emails to determine if you are signed in to the correct account.


  • Is your enrollment complete? If you are enrolled in Bridgeway Academy and working with an advisor, you will not see your courses until the approval and enrollment process is complete. If you are not sure, check the Enrollment tab in the BLC to see if your enrollment is still being tracked and there are steps that you need to complete.


  • Logged into the wrong Moodle account? If you see your courses in the Bridgeway Learning Center, but do not see them in Moodle, you may need to log out of Microsoft before selecting the course. This article gives more detail on this process.
