The Change the parents login credentials:


Login to Edovate.

Go to the parents contact card.

Down towards the bottom, select the Bridgeway tab.

Click on the BLC/MLC Member Info option.  This is where you will make any username or password adjustments.

After you made the changes, make sure there is a check mark in the Force Password Change box and then click the save button.

To verify that the new changes work, go to

Login with the parent login credentials to verify.

Once verified all is working, notify the customer with the new login credentials and make sure to state that once they login in they will be prompted to create a new permanent password.
