Registering with the NCAA Eligibility Center 


Please note: If you tell NCAA you are a homeschool student, you won’t be able to change your homeschool status until you can provide six semesters of transcripts showing you are not a homeschool student. 


Textbook students = Umbrella Program = homeschool

390031 = Online students (Elite Program, Online Courses, Live Online Classes) = NOT homeschool 



HOW TO REGISTER WITH NCAA IF USING TEXTBOOK COURSES 

Students should register with NCAA at NCAA Eligibility Center

◼ When completing the registration process, every school attended should be added for each school year.

◼ Textbook students should select YES to being homeschooled. If you homeschooled independent of Bridgeway in other school years, indicate yes for those years as well. 

◼ Your advisor will supply you with a Statement of Homeschooling and the Core Course Worksheet forms you will need (if taking Bridgeway-supplied textbooks), as well as a Bridgeway Transcript.



HOW TO REGISTER WITH NCAA IF USING OUR Elite, Online, or Live Online Classes (LOCs)  

◼ Students should register with NCAA at NCAA Eligibility Center.

◼ When completing the registration process, every school attended should be added for each school year. 

◼ When selecting Bridgeway as your school, you will select the Bridgeway Academy (390031) program. 

◼ When adding courses for Bridgeway Academy, Elite/Online/LOC students should select NO to being homeschooled. If you homeschooled independent of Bridgeway in other school years, indicate yes for those years.
