If you are not able to join a live Zoom class, and if you are getting an error that says "Only authorized users can Join", follow the tutorial below or the steps under the tutorial. If you use the tutorial, you can choose different ways to display the tutorial by clicking Try It in the bottom left of the rectangle.12 STEPS1. The first step is to open Zoom Workplace app and click the SSO button on the bottom left.2. Type bridgewayacademy into the Company domain box.3. Click the blue Continue box.4. Click Continue5. With your mouse, click and drag here, then drop it on here5b. Drop6. Your browser will open a new window or a tab. You should get a pop-up that tells you "This site is trying to open Zoom Meetings." You can click in the box to always allow the app to open when you're trying to join a meeting.7. Click Open to open the Zoom app.8. This is your Zoom app.9. Click the top right corner for your profile. 10. You should see your @mybridgeway.net account at the top.11. If someone else in your family needs to use Zoom with their account, you can click Sign out at the bottom. You can follow the process again to sign in with a different account, or the same one.12. That's it.
