Imagine Learning has implemented new software in their platforms to combat Ai and plagiarism apps. This software will scan the web browser's extension, and if it finds an unapproved extension it will log the student out from the platform. To get around this for the time being, Click on the 3 dots at the top of the browser to open up the menu and then select Extensions>Manage extensions. Then a new window will open, showing you your current browser extensions. Click the Remove button to remove all of them, except for Classlink Oneclick. Then close your browser, relaunch it, and try logging into Edgenuity again. If the error continues, please reach out to Tech Support.
