To renew your Elephango subscriptions, parents should access their State Wallet Program and purchase another year of Elephango.  Once tthe order is submitted, you will receive an email with a new access code.

To redeem the access code, log into your existing Elephango account and click on your user name in the upper right and select Subscription. From there, select Add/Change Method of Payment to enter your access code.

 Then click on Add Access Code

Enter the access code from your email we provide.

Enter the code and hit Submit and you’re done.
